CollectiveFlow creates space to deepen wellness within every body and mind. We strengthen the body through yoga and fitness, focus on healing with meditation and mindfulness, and enhance the mind and spirit through creativity-sparking workshops.
We strive to deliver high quality services with a high quality vibe.

Our Mission

Our goal is to help you define and find your happiness through whole body health.
We do that by focusing on three major pillars: yoga, fitness/movement and functional health coaching. We believe health should be all encompassing (body, mind and spirit) so we infuse mindfulness in every. single. step.

Our training is rooted in functional medicine and yoga philosophy, which means we're looking to heal from the inside to see greatness on the outside. So while we are here to help you reach any goal big or small, we like to look at internal motivators and the why behind the journey. This is really when we start to see the external results of overall wellness.

Hi! I’m Jess. My journey into yoga and wellness started with efforts to strengthen my mental health and the search for self love. I quickly realized how I unintentionally gained noticeable strength, confidence, and physical health along the way. Yoga has been a resource to me in the times I've needed healing most.

A practitioner of yoga for 13 years, including 6 years as a certified yoga teacher, with experience teaching styles of yoga such as Yin and Restorative, Vinyasa and Sculpt. I feel very passionately about the yoga philosophy & lifestyle and have made it my mission to help others practice daily movement, meditation and breathing techniques. I work to create an environment where students feel comfortable to practice and think freely.

Co-Owner and Personal Trainer

My name is Mike and I’m an ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified personal trainer, group fitness and yoga instructor. Over the past four years, I have been teaching a variety of group fitness formats including HIIT, Strength, Core, TRX and Cardio Kickboxing as well as sculpt style yoga. The worlds of fitness, personal training, positive psychology and mindfulness have all melded together to help me develop a unique approach, to support your individual goals regardless of where you’re at in your personal development journey.

I believe that our mental muscles are just as, if not more, important to focus on strengthening as our physical muscles. The research behind the impact of positive psychology, breath work, meditation and mindfulness is fascinating to me and my goal is to bring these benefits to you through quick bursts of practical exercises, to improve your mental well-being, regardless if you are at home, on-the-go or at a gym.
